We can say that Daşdögenler's working culture is our company constitution that shapes our past, our present, and our future. Since each item below represents our every field, it is an indispensable rule and direction of existence.
1. The most important criterion for our existence is the quality of the work we do, so the way to work and continue working with us is to have your business performance and quality performance in line.
2. The ideas, innovation demands, and innovations of our employees are very valuable and meaningful to us, so we are aware of the fact that the working relationship between each other should not go beyond business friendship with an understanding that is respectful, sincere, reliable, and clearly implements the line of superior-subordinate relationship with the corporate stance.
